I'm responsible in our company for the new ideas capturing and screening process. We have a gate keeper team of ~5 people in place who screen the ideas rating them with various market and technology criterias (commercial and technical feasibility).
Would the prediction market method be an even better method to select the promissing ideas since more people would be involved in the decisions making resulting in a more accurate outcome? Any thoughts on that?
