Selling the process (not the product)

Example superbowl photographing: key to switch to digital was not the quality but the speed (time reduction of the overall process).
iPod: "order-to-listen" became a seamless experience. Very fast and easy. Companies are looking for seamless processes. Easy, fast. Other expression: "Order-to-Cash".
Make --> Verify: Ask ourselves if verifying is really necessary since it is slowing down any process. Try to take quality reviews out of the process. Identify 'waste' activities. MAKE - REST - MOVE - MODIFY.
